All wholesale orders, stock shipments, and custom jewelry productions are packaged, quality-inspected, and dispatched directly from our invested factories and export fulfillment centers located in Dongguan (Guangdong Province) and Yiwu (Zhejiang Province), China.

2. Order Processing & Production Lead Times

  • In-Stock Wholesale Orders: Inspected, packed, and handed over to international carriers within 1–3 business days.
  • Bulk Factory Reorders / Made-to-Order: Standard manufacturing lead time is 7–15 business days, depending on order quantity and SKU casting complexity.
  • Custom OEM/ODM & Logo-Engraved Orders: Tooling, sample proofing, and mass production timelines will be confirmed individually on your approved production schedule.

3. International Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

We partner with premier international logistics providers to ensure fast, secure worldwide delivery:

  • Express Air Shipping (DHL / FedEx / UPS): Estimated delivery in 4–7 business days door-to-door worldwide. Ideal for high-priority wholesale restocks and sample batches.
  • Standard Air Freight / Dedicated Lines: Estimated delivery in 8–14 business days. Recommended for larger volume bulk shipments (15kg+) to significantly reduce unit freight costs.

Note: Delivery timeframes are carrier estimates and may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons (e.g., Q4 Black Friday/Christmas) or international customs clearance procedures.

4. Shipment Tracking & Order Monitoring

As soon as your shipment is processed through our export logistics hub and accepted by the carrier, an automated confirmation email containing your official tracking number and carrier tracking link will be sent to your registered account email. You can monitor the real-time transit status of your package at any time.

5. Customs, Tariffs, Taxes & Commercial Duties

All international wholesale orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis unless a specialized shipping arrangement has been negotiated in advance:

  • Product and freight prices charged at checkout do not include local import duties, VAT, or clearance broker fees levied by the destination country's customs authority.
  • The receiving buyer or retail business is responsible for complying with local import regulations and settling any applicable import duties or taxes upon parcel arrival.
  • Commercial invoices with accurate product descriptions, quantities, and HS codes are affixed to every export shipment to facilitate seamless customs clearance.

6. Shipping Address & Delivery Security

Please ensure that a valid commercial or residential delivery address and an active telephone number are provided at checkout. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes for express courier shipments (DHL/FedEx). In the event of delivery delays or address correction inquiries, our logistics department is available to coordinate with the carrier on your behalf.
