We operate as a direct manufacturer and international wholesale supplier of stainless steel jewelry, with invested manufacturing facilities and export fulfillment hubs located in Dongguan and Yiwu, China.

1. Business Entity & Wholesale Nature of Services
STEEL JEWELRY SUPPLY primarily serves commercial clients, retailers, e-commerce brand owners, and jewelry distributors worldwide. Orders placed through this website are commercial transactions. Unless otherwise negotiated in writing, wholesale catalog purchases may be subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ, standard 12 pieces per SKU).
2. Products, Casting & Specifications
Our jewelry is forged from solid 316L and surgical-grade stainless steel, utilizing precision casting, CNC machining, and vacuum PVD gold/black plating. We make every effort to display the accurate dimensions, weights, and finishes of our jewelry. However, due to the nature of industrial casting and different monitor calibrations, minor variances in weight and color tone may occur and are standard within the jewelry industry.
3. Orders & Custom OEM/ODM Productions
All orders are subject to acceptance by Zhangjiakou Qifan Trading Co., Ltd. For custom designs, private-label branding, logo engravings, and bespoke OEM/ODM projects, production begins only upon confirmation of technical drawings or sample approval.
As detailed in our Return and Refund Policy, our quality control team provides high-definition pre-shipment photos and/or videos prior to dispatch from China. Once pre-shipment approval is confirmed by the buyer, custom orders are strictly final sale, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
4. Pricing, Currency & Payment Terms
All prices listed on the Services are in US Dollars (USD). Posted wholesale prices exclude shipping costs, customs clearance fees, import tariffs, and local taxes, which remain the responsibility of the purchaser under standard DAP commercial shipping terms. We reserve the right to adjust quotes in the event of major raw material market fluctuations prior to final order confirmation.
5. Worldwide Shipping & Risk of Loss
All orders ship directly from our production and export facilities in Dongguan and Yiwu, China. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon transfer of the shipment to the international carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, or designated air freight forwarders). Estimated delivery timelines are transit approximations and may be influenced by carrier capacity, peak seasons, or international customs processing.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, CAD files, product photography, text, and logos published on steeljewelrysupply.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Zhangjiakou Qifan Trading Co., Ltd. / STEEL JEWELRY SUPPLY. Purchasing wholesale inventory does not grant copyright or patent reproduction rights in original mold designs without prior written agreement.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any agreements whereby we provide you wholesale products or custom manufacturing shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Zhangjiakou Qifan Trading Co., Ltd. is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
