Samples help wholesale buyers check a product before placing a larger order. Please read these terms before requesting a sample. All amounts below are in USD.
Sample availability and pricing
Ready-stock samples are subject to availability and confirmation of the exact style, color and size. The sample unit price is normally twice the confirmed wholesale unit price for that variant. We will confirm the actual sample price, international shipping charge and estimated dispatch time in writing before issuing a draft invoice. Custom or OEM/ODM samples may be priced differently; any design, tooling or development charge will be quoted separately.
Credit toward a first wholesale order
We will credit the sample product fee actually paid, up to a total of $25 per buyer, against your first qualifying wholesale order when all of the following apply:
- The wholesale order is placed within 90 days after the sample is delivered.
- The product subtotal is at least $200 after product discounts, excluding shipping and taxes.
- Each ready-stock style, color and size in the wholesale order meets the 12-piece minimum. Custom orders follow the MOQ stated in their quotation.
- You provide the sample invoice number when requesting the wholesale quotation.
The credit is applied once to the qualifying wholesale draft invoice. It is not a cash refund and cannot exceed the sample product fee paid. Unused credit does not carry forward to later orders. International shipping, duties, taxes, design fees, tooling fees and other development charges are not creditable unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
How to request a sample
Contact our wholesale team with the product link or SKU, exact color and size, quantity and destination country. We will confirm availability, the full sample cost and the applicable credit terms before payment.
